2. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

RYVE sells premium shower filter products. All product information, descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. While we endeavour to maintain accurate product information, we do not warrant that all descriptions, pricing, or availability information is accurate, complete, or error-free.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND CLAIMS

Our product descriptions and marketing materials are provided for general information purposes. We make no medical claims about our filters and do not represent them as treatments for medical conditions. Product information is based on manufacturer specifications and general water quality principles. Individual results may vary depending on local water conditions. Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability for their specific needs.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include the Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are valid at the time of purchase and subject to change without notice. We accept payment via credit card and other methods displayed at checkout. Your payment card issuer may charge additional fees. Payment must be received before your order is processed. RYVE will not be liable for any unauthorized transactions; however, you remain responsible for notifying us and your card issuer immediately.

5. ORDERS AND CONFIRMATIONS

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order. Orders are not considered confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. This email will contain your order number, items ordered, price, and estimated delivery timeframe. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you immediately.

6. REFUNDS AND STORE CREDIT

RYVE does not accept returns of shower filter products for change of mind. In the event of a refund, we will credit your original payment method or issue store credit to your account, at our discretion. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. Under Australian Consumer Law, faulty or damaged products are eligible for repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

7. WARRANTY

Our shower filters come with the manufacturer's warranty as detailed in our Warranty Policy. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, natural wear, or water chemistry issues. Claims must be made within the warranty period.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, RYVE is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including loss of data, business interruption, or lost profits. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
